PE et Jugendamt : il est temps d’agir!

PE et Jugendamt : il est temps d’agir!
Chers membres et collègues,
Comme vous le savez, le PE a reçu plus de 200 pétitions concernant le Jugendamt, et sa manière très particulière de gérer les droits humains.
Il semble que le PE ne sache que faire à ce propos, puisque les autorités allemandes ne répondent pas à nos questions.
Une nouvelle étude a été initiée par certains membres du PE. L’étude est difficile à boucler, car certains de nos collègues n’essaient pas tant de protéger les enfants d’Europe que le Système Allemand.
En conséquence, ces collègues ont fait tout ce qu’ils pouvaient pour faire arrêter cette étude.

Le Jugendamt rapte un enfant, dans une famille allemande, car la mère souffre d’un “baby blues” et parce que… vu qu’il s’agit un premier-né, il est évident que le père ne sera pas capable de s’occuper du bébé. C'est ainsi que raisonne le Jugendamt.
Par la suite, le Jugendamt refuse d’appliquer un jugement allemand, demandant le retour du bébé chez le père.
Arrive alors cette video, au cours de laquelle nous voyons qu’un employé du Jugendamt décide de retirer tous les droits à un parent et de faire adopter l’enfant, car le père a tenté de se défendre, et de protéger ses droits parentaux.

Il est temps que les membres du PE s’intéressent à la problématique, même si notre président est Allemand.
Pourrait-on, par ailleurs, demander à l’UEN d’accepter la question orale de notre collègue Polonais Rogalski, demandant un débat en plénière, à propos du Jugendamt ?

EP and Jugendamt: time to act !
Dear Members and Colleagues,
As you know, over 200 petitions were sent to the EP, concerning the Jugendamt and its attitude concerning Human Rights.
Apparently, the EP does not know how to deal with the matter, as the German authorities refuse to answer our questions.
A new enquiry was initiated by some members of the EP. Difficulties are arising in the running of that enquiry, due to the fact that some of our colleagues are trying not so much to protect our children, but to protect the German system.
Consequently, a lot was done by those colleagues, to stop the enquiry.

The Jugendamt took a child away from a German family because the mother started a ‘bout of « baby blues » and… because the father, as it was a first baby, was certainly not able to take care of the child… That is Jugendamt reasoning.
Further, the Jugendamt refuses to accepts a German court decision asking for the return of the baby to the father.
Then, comes the a-m video, during which we can see that an employee of the Jugendamt decides to rip a parent off all his parental rights, and sends the baby into adoption, as the father tried to defend himself and his family rights.

Glancing through the website, you will note, too, that Mr Helmut Petzina, director of the social services of Stuttgart-Bad Cannstatt (the town where the case is taking place), declares, in an ever so elegant way:

It is high time that the members of the EP take the matter into hand, even if our esteemed president is German.
Can we, by the way, ask the UEN to recognize the oral question of MeP Rogalski, requesting a plenary debate concerning the Jugendamt?

Europees Parlement en Jugendamt – tijd om te handelen!
Beste Leden en Collega’s,
Zoals u allen weet werden er meer dan 200 verzoekschriften gericht aan het Europees Parlement die het Jugendamt en zijn houding tegenover de Mensenrechten betreffen.
Blijkbaar weet het Europees Parlement niet hoe met deze aangelegenheid om te gaan, omdat de Duitse autoriteiten weigeren op onze vragen te antwoorden.
Er werd een nieuw onderzoek ingesteld door sommige leden van het Europees Parlement. Tijdens dat onderzoek zijn er moelijkheden ontstaan, toe te schrijven aan het feit dat sommige van onze collega’s niet zozeer onze kinderen proberen te beschermen, maar wel het Duitse systeem. Als gevolg daarvan werd door die collega’s heel wat ondernomen om het onderzoek stop te zetten.

Het Jugendamt onttrok een kind aan een Duits gezin omdat de moeder een postnatale depressie begon te krijgen en… omdat de vader, daar het zijn eerste baby was, beslist niet in staat was voor het kind te zorgen… Dat is de redenering van het Jugendamt.
Verder weigert het Jugendamt zich te onderwerpen aan een belissing van de Duitse rechtbank die de terugkeer van het kind naar de vader vordert.
Dan komt de a-m video, waarin we kunnen zien dat de medewerker van het Jugendamt beslist een ouder te beroven van al zijn ouderlijke rechten en de baby in adoptie te sturen, terwijl de vader zichzelf en zijn gezinsrechten probeert te verdedigen.

U zult ook opmerken dat de heer Helmut Petzina, directeur van de sociale diensten van Stuttgart-Bad Cannstatt (de stad waar dit gebeuren zich afspeelt), verklaart op een nooit gehoorde elegante manier:

Het is de hoogste tijd dat de leden van het Europees Parlement deze aangelegenheid ter hand nemen zelfs nu de hooggeachte voorzitter Duitser is.

Egregi Membri e Colleghi,
come sapete, più di 200 petizioni sono state spedite al Parlamento Europeo, in merito allo Jugendamt ed al suo atteggiamento per quanto riguarda i Diritti dell’Uomo.
Apparentemente, il PE non sa come trattare questo argomento, visto che le autorità tedesche rifiutono di rispondere alle nostre domande.
Una nuova inchiesta è stata iniziata da alcuni membri del PE. Durante questa inchiesta si stanno presentando alcune difficoltà dovute al fatto che alcuni colleghi stanno cercando di proteggere il sistema tedesco invece di proteggere i nostri figli. Di conseguenza, questi colleghi stanno facendo molto per fermare l’inchiesta.

Lo Jugendamt ha portato via un bambino dalla sua famiglia tedesca perchè la madre ha avuto una “depressione post-parto” e perchè il padre, in quanto la bambina era la sua primogenita, non era assolutamente in grado di prendersi cura di lei. Questo è il ragionamento dello Jugendamt.
Inotre, lo Jugendamt non accetta la decisione di un Tribunale tedesco che chiede la restituzione della bambina al padre.
Ecco quindi il video durante il quale possiamo vedere che gli impiegati dello Jugendamt decidono di depredare un genitore dai suoi diritti genitoriali e di mandare la bambina in adozione, mentre il padre cerca di difendere se stesso ed i diritti della propria famiglia.
Vi preghiamo di guardare il video.
Potrete inoltre notare che Mr Helmut Petzina, direttore dei servizi sociali di Stoccarda-Bad Cannstatt (la città dove si svolge il caso) dichiara, molto elegantemente:
"Europäischer Gerichtshof für Menschenrechte? Ich kenne solche Schweinereien nicht!"
“Il Tribunale Europeo per i Diritti dell’Uomo ? Non ho mai sentito parlare di porcherie di questo genere!”
E’ veramente ora che i membri del PE prendano in mano la faccenda, anche se il nostro stimato presidente è tedesco.
Potremmo, ad ogni modo, chiedere all'UEN di accogliere l'istanza verbale fatta dal Membro del PE Rogalski, chiedendo un dibattito plenario in merito allo Jugendamt.
